Organized in the wake of global economic turmoil, Entrepreneurialize Opportunity Corp. forms a development resource that both business owners or property holders may use to their advantage.  This resource is also meant for the professional, technical or creative practitioner to call upon as needed.  It is not unusual for a member of an advisory firm (accountants & lawyers) or ‘creative house’ (architects and advertising agency) to initially contact Entrepreneurialize Opportunity on behalf of a client − particularly when recognizing that the problem at hand falls outside their area of expertise.

Entrepreneurialize Opportunity is the culmination of my 40-year career that, for the most part, has been driven by the namesake activity.  Business initiatives and real estate projects were all advanced in this manner, often with little more than a concept in mind.  Therein the hurdles of both success and setback were many.  However, it is the upshot of these experiences – accrued and gleaned from the process – that offer others the means with which to face similar issues, working to the benefit of all that are so challenged, as the process collectively strives to:

―  Unlock the mystery of an underperforming business or property,

―  Face the hurdles of growth vs merely replicating the status quo,

―  Establish the “reason to buy” – as a created market vs. “hoping they will come”,

―  Provide capital or at minimum defining the 'how to' ability to raise it, and;

―  Most notably: conclude transactions – i.e., generate sales!
