State of Affairs

Entrepreneurialize Opportunity Corp. ("EOC") was launched as a 'sole practitionership'.  Beyond merely setting the stage (now post-COVID), it is not to remain so.  What begins with the help of outsourced creative, technical and professional expertise will, in time, transition organically, attracting and bringing together what I'll call a core-group management complement.  Whether working remotely or?... will all be determined.

Our Niche & Approach

Focusing on Small to Midsize Enterprises (SMEs) but not exclusively − i.e., startups, ambitious individuals and creative types are all welcome − the aim is to unveil the inherent opportunity  that resides within each situation that is presented... well, wherever possible, that is.

Once an opportunity shows signs of being viable, it is developed.  The goal is to realize all the value seen as intrinsic.  Contrary to the traditional practice of merely administering one's resources (held by the subject organization), EOC will reach beyond what is to all that is universally available.  We refer to this as the "entrepreneurialize alternative"!

It is an approach that reaches beyond the resources controlled by an organization to all that may be accessible, regardless of where from.  The methods of achieving this are innumerable; some are presented on this website (Click: More/Success Stories).

That the "spirit of entrepreneurship" fosters innovation is readily accepted.  Without it, few businesses would ever be launched.  Less widely known, however, is the conflict that can arise when such endeavours require capital, and in time, the "independent will" of the founding principals clashes with the demands of those providing that capital.

For this reason, EOC works on behalf of the opportunity, adopting a methodology that equally serves all stakeholders (the client, staff, suppliers, investors, etc.) instead of favouring one over another, identifying and exposing the unrealized potential that comes with each opportunity.  This EOC method is a refinement of what I practiced throughout my career.  Thus, the intent is to capitalize on what worked, embracing it as an amplified plan and 'reworking' what did not, the latter now advantaged by all my 'accumulated wisdom'.

In this manner, Entrepreneurial Opportunity Corp. addresses the limitations of smallness, or 'mediumship,' challenging the shortcomings of an "administer resources" driven management approach.  Instead, it focuses on what could be − the opportunity − also seeking to overcome the most significant hurdle to almost every small business, which is the self-destructiveness of uncertainty, often exacerbated by fear and distrust.  This combination has seen many endeavours end with tragic results.  Here, prevention, recognizing a potential conflict, forms a better solution than providing a cure.

Another "entrepreneurialize"  technique − i.e., the pursuit of opportunity solution favours fragmented industries.  This means that no one company dominates − and where several, if not many, suppliers are required to produce a product.  Where appropriate, EOC will pursue what is known as a 'common purpose initiative', assembling select industry members under one marketing banner or brand.   This may bring together diverse supply lines to align or unite disparate production output.  To see an example of this, go to
